Breenhomes, as the residential arm of Breen Construction, is proud to be part of the TewaBanks Project based in Arrowtown.
Tewa Banks is a Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust project aiming to bring 68 new & affordable homes to Arrowtown.
As part of our commitment to supporting local and community development, we are looking to partner with local qualified trades from within the Arrowtown community and broader Wakatipu region. This would be supplemented by our in-house Breen team and existing supplier partnerships, project managed completely by BreenConstruction.
The TewaBanks project is a multi-stage residential project, with a scheduled start date of November 2023. The project is likely to run for a minimum of two years.
We are currently looking for Expressions of Interest. If you are qualified in a trade, have a solid reputation locally and can provide references to back this up, weare eager to hear from you and your team.
